8 slices Parma ham

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix together the soft cheese, pine nuts, and chopped basil.
    • Season lightly with salt and freshly ground pepper.
    • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Remove the small fillet from each chicken breast and set aside.

    • Set aside.
