Instructions:
- 
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 
- 
Mix the ground beef and lamb together in a large bowl until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the milk and rolled oats.

Pour the egg mixture into the meats and mix thoroughly.

Add all other ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix well, using your hands for thorough blending.
