Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Tofu: Soak the diced tofu in salted water for about 15 minutes to enhance its flavor and texture.
- Make the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, pepper, salt, and optional beef seasoning. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
- Coat the Tofu: Take each piece of tofu and coat it one by one in the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- Fry the Tofu: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated tofu pieces. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
