- 3 cups Milk
- 1 cup Dark chocolate (cut into pieces)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Melt the Dark Chocolate:
Start by melting the dark chocolate using the double boiler method. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and then place a glass bowl on top of the pot, ensuring the water doesn’t touch the bowl. Add the chocolate chunks into the bowl and let them melt. Once melted, remove from heat. -
Boil the Milk:
In another pan, heat the milk and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the melted chocolate, stirring continuously until well combined and thickened. -
Spice it Up:
Add the cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the hot chocolate. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture thickens to your desired consistency. -
Finish & Garnish:
