Banana Apple Pistachio Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Apple, chopped (with skin)
  • 1 tsp Pistachios
  • 2/3 cup Poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • A pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • A pinch of Cinnamon Powder (adjust to taste)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the poha in a sieve and set it aside to drain for a few minutes.
  2. In a non-stick pan, add milk, sugar, and pistachios. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped apples and bananas to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the poha and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated.
  5. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.
  6. Garnish with apple pieces before serving.
