Banana Apple Pistachio Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Banana, chopped
- 1/4 cup Apple, chopped (with skin)
- 1 tsp Pistachios
- 2/3 cup Poha (flattened rice)
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- A pinch of Cardamom Powder
- A pinch of Cinnamon Powder (adjust to taste)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Instructions:
- Rinse the poha in a sieve and set it aside to drain for a few minutes.
- In a non-stick pan, add milk, sugar, and pistachios. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped apples and bananas to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in the poha and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle in cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.
- Garnish with apple pieces before serving.
