- 1 Apple (peeled and cored)
- 1/4 cup Rice

Cook the Rice:
Start by cooking the rice. Add 1/4 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of water into a pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 3 whistles, then turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. -
Prepare the Banana and Apple:
While the rice is cooking, mash the banana in a bowl and set it aside. Peel, core, and chop the apple into small pieces. -
Cook the Apple:
In a saucepan, add 1/4 cup of water and the apple pieces. Boil until the apple is soft and well cooked. Once done, remove from the heat and mash the apple pieces. -
Mash the Rice:
Once the rice is cooked, mash it in a bowl. -
