  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 50 ml ice-cold water

For the Sauce:

  • Barbecue sauce, to taste

  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Green beans, as needed
  • 1 large carrot
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:

    • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, tapioca flour, egg, salt, ground black pepper, minced garlic, and ice-cold water.
    • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
    • Shape the mixture into small, round meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Cook the Meatballs:

    • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the meatballs in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
    • Remove the meatballs from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips. Fry the potato strips in hot oil until they are crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
    • Cut the carrot into long, thin strips. Boil in water until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
    • Trim the green beans and cut them into matchstick-sized pieces. Boil in water until tender, about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  4. Make the Sauce:

    • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Sauté the sliced onion and minced garlic until softened and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
    • Add the barbecue sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar to taste. Stir to combine.
    • Pour in a small amount of water to reach your desired sauce consistency.
  5. Combine and Serve:

    • Add the cooked meatballs, fried potatoes, boiled carrots, and green beans to the skillet.
    • Stir well to coat everything with the barbecue sauce.
    • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until everything is heated through and well combined.
    • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
