Pasta Tutup Sosis Sapi
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, boiled and shredded
- Beef sausages (quantity as desired)
- 1/4 kg potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 box of liquid milk (200 ml)
- 1-2 carrots, diced
- 50 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 25 grams margarine for sautéing

Prepare the Aromatics: Finely chop the garlic, then combine with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat and sauté the garlic mixture until fragrant.

Cook the Vegetables: Add the diced carrots to the skillet and continue to sauté until they are tender.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the liquid milk and stir well. Add the grated cheddar cheese and shredded chicken, cooking over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer.

Incorporate the Potatoes: Gently fold in the mashed potatoes, stirring until the mixture thickens. To ensure a smooth consistency, add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and mix until the sauce is thickened and fully cooked.

Assemble the Dish: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish or aluminum foil pan with margarine. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the dish.
