Instructions:

1 Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat.
2 Add extra virgin olive oil to the skillet.
3 Place the flour tortilla in the skillet. Move it around to spread the oil evenly if it accumulates in one spot.
4 Add the mozzarella cheese onto one half of the tortilla.
5 Sprinkle garlic powder, basil leaves, oregano leaves, and crushed red pepper flakes on top of the cheese.
6 Optionally, add broccoli florets and grilled chicken strips for extra flavor and nutrition.
7 Fold the tortilla over to cover the ingredients, forming a half-moon shape.
8 Cover the skillet with a lid, preferably from a large pot or skillet, to help melt the cheese faster.
9 Cook for about 30-45 seconds, or until the bottom of the tortilla develops light brown spots.
10 Flip the tortilla over using a spatula.
11 Cover again and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds, until the other side is also golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
12 Remove from heat and transfer the Calzonedilla to a plate.
