Savory Egg Macaroni Delight

Ingredients:

  • 3 handfuls of macaroni
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mushroom broth seasoning
  • Indofood Corn Grilled Potato Seasoning
  • Boncabe chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Shredded cheese, for garnish
  • A small amount of cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Macaroni:
    Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add a dash of oil to the water to prevent the macaroni from sticking. Cook the macaroni until tender, following the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    In a bowl, crack the egg and beat it lightly. Season with salt and mushroom broth seasoning, stirring to combine. Gently fold the cooked macaroni into the egg mixture, ensuring an even coating.

  3. Cook the Macaroni and Egg Mixture:
    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Pour the macaroni and egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is fully cooked and slightly crispy.

  4. Add Seasonings:
    Sprinkle the Indofood Corn Grilled Potato Seasoning over the cooked macaroni and egg, mixing thoroughly to ensure even distribution. Add Boncabe chili powder to taste, adjusting the amount based on your preferred spice level. Stir well and taste for seasoning, adjusting as needed.

  5. Serve:
