Healthy Egg Agar Recipe
Ingredients:

Agar-agar (any color, I used Swallow brand) | 1 packet |
Egg | 1 |
White sugar | 1/4 cup |
Water | 4 cups |
Vla or milk | For topping (to taste) |
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the water, agar-agar, and white sugar. Heat over medium flame while stirring continuously until the mixture reaches a boil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until frothy. Gradually add the beaten egg into the boiling agar mixture, stirring constantly until it bubbles and the egg is fully cooked.
- Pour the mixture into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature for a bit before transferring to the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes (you can skip the refrigeration if necessary).
- Once set, remove the agar from the molds and place it on a wide serving plate. Drizzle with vla or milk on top, adjusting to your preference.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing treat!
