Chilled Egg Agar Delight with Creamy Topping

Healthy Egg Agar Recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Agar-agar (any color, I used Swallow brand) 1 packet
Egg 1
White sugar 1/4 cup
Water 4 cups
Vla or milk For topping (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, agar-agar, and white sugar. Heat over medium flame while stirring continuously until the mixture reaches a boil.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until frothy. Gradually add the beaten egg into the boiling agar mixture, stirring constantly until it bubbles and the egg is fully cooked.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature for a bit before transferring to the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes (you can skip the refrigeration if necessary).
  4. Once set, remove the agar from the molds and place it on a wide serving plate. Drizzle with vla or milk on top, adjusting to your preference.
  5. Serve chilled for a refreshing treat!
