Vegetable Omelette (Telur Dadar Sayuran)

Ingredients

Chicken Eggs 2 large
Broccoli To taste
Carrot To taste
Green Onions 2 ends
Green Beans 2 stalks
Salt To taste
Flavor Enhancer To taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Thoroughly wash the broccoli, peeled carrots, green beans, and green onions. In a pot, bring water to a boil and briefly blanch the broccoli, carrots, and green beans until tender. Once done, remove from heat and let them cool.

  2. Chop the Vegetables: After the vegetables have cooled, finely chop the broccoli, carrots, and green beans. Slice the green onions into small pieces.

  3. Mix the Egg Batter: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with salt and the optional flavor enhancer. Add the chopped vegetables to the egg mixture, stirring to combine everything well.

  4. Cook the Omelette: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg and vegetable mixture, spreading it evenly. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the eggs are set.

  5. Serve: Carefully lift the omelette from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Cut into wedges and serve warm. Enjoy your nutritious vegetable omelette!
