Ingredients:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
- 1-2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:

- If using leftover chicken and canned broth, skip to step 2. Otherwise, to make your broth, poach the chicken breast in 1 pint of water. If using the cooking liquid as broth, enhance the flavor by adding chopped celery and carrots to the poaching water. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the water and set aside. Strain the cooking liquid to use as your broth.

- In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth and honey mustard. Simmer gently until the mustard is fully blended with the broth.

- Season the broth with freshly cracked white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon for added depth of flavor. Add the frozen baby peas to the pan and then remove from heat.

- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream and cornstarch until well combined.
