Instructions

To Prepare Soy-Based Vegan Butter:

  1. Start by pouring the soy milk into a jug.
  2. Add the coconut oil to the soy milk.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  4. Prepare a butter mold by lining it with plastic wrap.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the mold, smoothing it out as needed.
  6. Once set, remove the plastic wrap and your homemade soy-based vegan butter is ready to use! It’s perfect for both savory and sweet dishes.

To Prepare Coconut-Based Vegan Butter:

  1. Begin by adding the coconut milk into a separate jug.
  2. Stir in the rice vinegar and sunflower oil.
  3. Blend the mixture using an immersion blender until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to set.
  5. Once ready, you can enjoy this rich, coconut-flavored butter on your favorite dishes.
