Instructions:
To prepare the Ghee Roast Dosa, start by heating a dosa tawa (griddle). Once the tawa is hot, pour a large spoonful of dosa batter onto the tawa and spread it out in a circular motion to form a round dosa. Drizzle about a teaspoon of ghee or oil around the edges of the dosa and increase the heat to a medium-high flame. Cook until the bottom side turns golden brown and crispy. Flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
Once both sides are crisp and golden, serve the dosa hot. Ghee roast dosa pairs wonderfully with mixed vegetable sambar and coconut chutney, making it a delightful meal for lunch or dinner.
Notes:
- Make sure the dosa batter is of the right consistency for the best results.
- Adjust the amount of ghee based on your preference for a crispier texture.
