Crispy Beef Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 150 grams ground beef
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 small shallot, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions:

Mix and Knead: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, tapioca flour, minced garlic, minced shallot, salt, sugar, black pepper, vegetable oil, and cold water. Use your hands to knead the mixture until it becomes smooth and well combined.

Shape and Fry: Shape the mixture into small, round meatballs. Heat a skillet over low heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook them gently for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sambal or your favorite dipping sauce for a delightful treat.
