Instructions

Combine and Apply: - Gradually add the frothy egg white into the shrimp mixture, mixing thoroughly until you achieve a smooth paste. Adjust with more cornstarch if needed to achieve a spreadable consistency.

Prepare the Toasts: - Spread the shrimp mixture evenly onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the shrimp mixture, pressing them gently into the paste with your fingertips.

Cut and Heat Oil: - Cut each bread slice into 4 squares, triangles, or fingers, depending on your preference.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. You’ll need about 4 tablespoons of oil.

Fry the Toasts: - Once the oil is hot, carefully place the shrimp side of each toast down into the oil.
- Fry for about 4 minutes or until the bottom side is golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully and fry the other side until golden brown. You may need to add a little more oil during frying if necessary.
