Instructions:
To prepare the Mug Cake, begin by whisking the eggs and sugar together using an electric whisk or a hand whisk (Step 1-2). Your goal is to achieve a fluffy, white, and airy mixture.
Next, sift and mix the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the egg and sugar mixture, stirring constantly. Once all the dry ingredients are combined, continue beating with the whisk and slowly add the sunflower seed oil in a thin stream.
