Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 10 green beans
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 3 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 sachet oyster sauce
- 5 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- A little oil for sautéing
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Trim and clean all the vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut the carrots, green beans, cabbage, and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Eggs:
- In a frying pan, scramble the beaten eggs until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Prepare the Seasoning:
- Thinly slice the garlic, shallots, and bird’s eye chilies.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Combine with Eggs:
- Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Serve:
- Once everything is mixed and heated through, remove from the heat. Serve hot with rice or as a standalone dish.
