Simple Teflon Pizza with Beef Sausages and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 6 beef sausages (I use the Champ brand)
- Quick melt cheese
- Regular cheese
- Tomato sauce
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Warm water
- Butter
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Dough:
Begin by preparing a mixing bowl for your dough. Combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt in the bowl. Add the cooking oil and gradually pour in warm water, a little at a time, until the dough begins to come together. If the dough feels sticky, you can add a bit more oil to help with consistency. -
Knead and Rest the Dough:
Once the dough is well-mixed and smooth, cover the bowl with a damp cloth. Allow the dough to rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. -
Prepare the Teflon Pan:
After the dough has risen, divide it into three equal portions. Take a Teflon pan with a lid and grease it with butter. Flatten one portion of dough into the pan, pressing it outwards to cover the entire base of the pan. -
Assemble the Pizza:
Cut the quick melt cheese and regular cheese into small pieces. Arrange these cheese pieces around the edge of the dough, then fold the dough over the cheese, sealing the edges. Use a fork to prick the dough all over, except for the cheese-filled center. -
Add Toppings:
Spread tomato sauce over the center of the dough. Slice the beef sausages and place them on top of the sauce. Add additional cheese if desired. For extra flavor, you can also include sliced onions and mushrooms. -
Cook the Pizza:
Cover the Teflon pan with its lid and cook over low heat. Keep an eye on the pizza as it cooks, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Cook until the dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Serve:
Once the pizza is cooked to your liking, remove it from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
This simple teflon pizza is a great way to enjoy a homemade pizza with minimal fuss. Perfect for a quick meal or a casual get-together, it’s both delicious and easy to make!
