Tumis Kikil Tahu Extra Spicy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of cooked kikil (beef tendons)
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 5 green chilies
- 5 red chilies
- 15 bird’s eye chilies
- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Seasoning, to taste
- Cooking oil
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice the shallots, garlic, and chilies diagonally. Cut the tomato into wedges.
- Sautรฉ Aromatics: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, sautรฉing until fragrant.
- Add Chilies and Tomato: Incorporate the sliced chilies and tomato into the skillet. Season with salt and continue to cook until the chilies are softened.
- Combine Kikil and Seasonings: Add the cooked kikil to the skillet along with soy sauce. Pour in a little water and simmer until everything is well combined and the kikil is heated through. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and seasoning, if needed.
- Serve: Serve the Tumis Kikil Tahu Extra Spicy hot, ideally with a steaming bowl of rice.
