Fast, tasty, and easy–can’t beat that! This Spicy Chicken in Foil is my husband’s absolute favorite baked chicken. I serve it with plain rice to soak up the wonderful juices. It’s not only an easy dish to bake in the oven but also a great recipe to try over the coals when camping.

Recipe Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Place chicken on individual pieces of foil.

  5. Reduce Heat: After 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. (Note: Boneless, skinless breast pieces may require less time).
