Lehsuni Pudina Chutney is a flavorful and aromatic chutney commonly made in North Indian households. Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mint Leaves (Pudina), chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1-inch Ginger, roughly chopped
- 1 Green Chilli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients by chopping the mint leaves, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
- In a mixer grinder, combine all the ingredients along with a little water. Grind them into a smooth paste. Add just enough water to achieve a thick consistency.
- Once the chutney is ready, transfer it into a bowl.
- Serve the Lehsuni Pudina Chutney with a side of Punjabi Aloo Paratha and Tadka Raita for a delicious and satisfying meal.
