Lehsuni Pudina Chutney is a flavorful and aromatic chutney commonly made in North Indian households. Packed with fresh mint, garlic, and a hint of spices, this chutney is incredibly easy to prepare and can be served alongside everyday meals like Parathas, Cheelas, or Dosas. Its tangy taste and delightful texture will add a burst of flavor to your dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mint Leaves (Pudina), chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1-inch Ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by chopping the mint leaves, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
  2. In a mixer grinder, combine all the ingredients along with a little water. Grind them into a smooth paste. Add just enough water to achieve a thick consistency.
  3. Once the chutney is ready, transfer it into a bowl.
  4. Serve the Lehsuni Pudina Chutney with a side of Punjabi Aloo Paratha and Tadka Raita for a delicious and satisfying meal.
