Gluten-Free Powdered Sugar (for finishing) 30g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour mix with the egg, lemon zest, and brown sugar. Mix well to combine the ingredients.

  2. Add the Baking Powder: Stir in the gluten-free baking powder to ensure the dough rises properly while baking.

  3. Incorporate Butter: Slowly add small chunks of softened butter into the dough, mixing as you go. Take your time, incorporating each piece of butter until the dough becomes smooth and uniform.
