Raw Banana Stir Fry (Kealyachi Bhaji)

Ingredients:
- 2 Raw bananas
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, as needed
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- Wash the raw bananas thoroughly. Apply some oil on your hands to avoid sticky sap while peeling them. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until the onions become soft and translucent.
- Add the cut raw banana pieces, salt, and a little water. Cover the pan and cook until the raw bananas become tender.
- Once the bananas are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and grated coconut. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice and dal or chapati for a satisfying lunch.
