Instructions:

Prepare the Nut Filling: - In a bowl, mix together cashews, walnuts, caster sugar, and ground cardamom. Adjust the amount of cardamom to your taste preference.

- Cover the pastry sheets with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.

- Spread about 2 teaspoons of the prepared nut mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving about 1 cm of space on each side to prevent the filling from bursting out during frying.

- Roll up the pastry firmly, ensuring that the filling is securely enclosed. Brush the end of the strip with water to seal it.
- Repeat the process with the remaining pastry and nut filling.
