Marie’s Chicken French Recipe π
Description: My absolute favorite chicken dish. I have put together bits and pieces of other chicken French recipes and this is the result. Almost failproof, comes out good every time.

Ingredients:
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- 
Prepare Egg Mixture: - Mix together eggs, cheese, and parsley in a shallow bowl.
 
- 
Prepare Chicken: - Place the chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- Pound the chicken thin using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
 
- 
Coat Chicken: - Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
 
- 
Fry Chicken: - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken to a serving platter and set aside.

Prepare Sauce: - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautΓ© lightly until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and bring it to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes to reduce slightly.

Finish Dish: - Stir in the butter until melted and fully incorporated into the sauce.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve: - Transfer the chicken and sauce to a serving platter.
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley, if desired.
