🍪 Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup sugar, plus extra for coating
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your cookie sheets by spraying them with cooking spray.
- Melt the vegetable shortening in a small saucepan over low heat.
