- In a pan, heat the mustard oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter for about 10 seconds.
- Then, add a pinch of asafoetida (hing), curry leaves, green chilies, and grated garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until the garlic turns golden brown.
