For the Vegetables:

Green Beans 1 cup, chopped
Button Mushrooms 1 cup, chopped
Green Bell Pepper 1, chopped
Spring Onions 1/2 cup, chopped
Salt To taste
Black Pepper Powder To taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Stock:
    In a saucepan, add 4-5 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, ginger, coriander, carrot, and whole black pepper. Let it simmer over medium heat for about 30-50 minutes. Once done, strain the stock and discard the vegetables.

  2. Cook the Vegetables:
    Pour the strained stock back into the saucepan and turn on the heat. Add the sliced carrot, chopped green beans, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Cook the vegetables until they become tender.

  3. Season the Soup:
    Once the vegetables are soft, turn off the heat. Add the chopped spring onions, salt, and black pepper powder to the soup. Stir well to combine the flavors.

  4. Serve:
