- White Pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Cumin: ½ teaspoon
For Additional Spices:
- Cloves: 5, tips removed
- Cardamom Pods: 3
- Cinnamon Stick: 1
- Nutmeg: 3 whole
- Bay Leaves: 4, crushed
- Kaffir Lime Leaves: 3, crushed
- Lemongrass: 3 stalks, smashed
- Galangal: 1 thumb-sized piece, smashed
- Ginger: 2 thumb-sized pieces, smashed
Instructions
