Instructions

  1. Cook the Spelt: Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil and cook the pearl spelt according to the package directions. Once done, drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Trim the Brussels sprouts by removing the stem and any outer damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water, then cut each sprout in half.
