  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 oregano sprig, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Thaw Puff Pastry:
    Ensure the puff pastry is completely thawed according to the package instructions. This usually takes about 30 minutes at room temperature.

  2. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a muffin pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.

  3. Prepare Pastry Squares:
    Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into small squares that will fit into the muffin cups.

  4. Assemble Tarts:
    Gently press each pastry square into a muffin cup, forming a small pastry shell. Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of tapenade into each shell, spreading it evenly along the bottom.
