- 2 cups Caster Sugar
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder (Espresso)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2-1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Coca Cola Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cup Coca Cola
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups Caster Sugar
- A pinch of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Espresso Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and allow it to heat for 12-15 minutes.
- Grease a Bundt pan with oil or butter and dust it lightly with flour. Set aside.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour, salt, and caster sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, cocoa powder, oil, butter, and espresso powder. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Pour the hot cola mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine into a smooth batter.
