Red Spinach Omelette (DEBM) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 bunch red spinach, leaves only, chopped
  • Olive oil or any cooking oil of your choice, as needed
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them lightly. Add the chopped red spinach and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the spinach is evenly distributed in the egg mixture.

  2. Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick frying pan or skillet on medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil, or your preferred cooking oil. Allow the oil to heat until it shimmers.

  3. Cook the Omelette: Pour the egg and spinach mixture into the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set. Gently lift the edges with a spatula to allow any uncooked egg to flow underneath.

  4. Finish Cooking: Once the omelette is golden brown and cooked through, carefully slide it onto a plate.
