Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mango Cream:
    Begin by peeling a ripe mango, then cut the flesh away from the pit and dice it into small cubes. Place the cubes in a blender or food processor and blend until you have a smooth, homogeneous puree.

  2. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    In a separate bowl, combine the spreadable cream cheese with the honey. Stir well to combine and create a smooth texture. Then, gently fold in the mango puree, mixing thoroughly with a spatula until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Assemble the Watermelon Base:
    Lay the watermelon on a cutting board and slice it into a thick, round piece about 2 cm in thickness. This will act as the base of your “pizza.”

  4. Spread the Mango Cream:
    Using a spatula, spread the mango cream generously over the top of the watermelon slice, covering the entire surface evenly.

  5. Add Fresh Toppings:
    Grate some fresh lime zest over the cream for a refreshing, zesty kick. Then, scatter the mixed berries, edible flowers, and fresh mint leaves on top for a burst of color and added flavor.
