Sautéed Spinach with Chicken Broth

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 small tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken broth (or chicken bouillon) to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped shallot, minced garlic, chopped tomato, and sliced chilies. Sauté until the shallots become translucent and the mixture is aromatic, and the tomato has softened.
