Dadar Telur Kubis (Cabbage Omelette)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons finely sliced cabbage
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Seasoning, to taste
  • For serving: Terasi sambal (shrimp paste chili sauce)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the finely sliced cabbage, eggs, garlic, black pepper, green onion, salt, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. Cook the Omelette: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and spread it evenly in the pan. Cook until the bottom turns golden brown and the edges start to set.

  3. Finish Cooking: Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side until it is also golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Serve: Remove the omelette from the skillet and roll it up. Slice into portions and serve with terasi sambal on the side for an extra kick.
