Telor Dadar Endol

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • Minced chicken (quantity as desired)
  • ½ teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • Sliced scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Begin by finely chopping the chicken to ensure an even texture. Thinly slice the scallions and set them aside.
