Instructions
- Begin by boiling the chicken breast in water until fully cooked; once done, remove and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate pot, boil the tofu until tender, then briefly soak the spinach in the boiling water until just wilted.
- Finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Incorporate the shredded chicken and tofu into the pan, followed by the spinach. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and add the oyster sauce, followed by a splash of water. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for an additional minute.
