Pizza Telur: A Savory Egg Delight

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing and finely chopping the sausage into small pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the red onions, celery, green onions, and red chili peppers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten.
  4. Add the chopped sausage, celery, green onions, chili, red onions, salt, and seasoning to the bowl of beaten eggs. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a round shape.
  7. Cover the skillet with a lid and allow the eggs to cook, checking occasionally to avoid burning.
  8. After a few minutes, lift the lid and drizzle the desired amount of tomato sauce over the surface. Cover again.
  9. Open the lid once more, and if you have them, add slices of tomato or onion for extra flavor.
  10. Sprinkle flaked beef and a pinch of chili powder on top. If you like, add some grated cheese as well. Cover the skillet again.
  11. Keep an eye on the bottom of the egg to ensure it cooks thoroughly without burning.
