Beef Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of thinly sliced beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • 2 red curly chilies, sliced
  • Marinade:
    • 5 shallots, finely minced
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
    • Salt, to taste
    • Sugar, to taste
    • Bouillon powder, to taste
    • Ground black pepper, to taste
    • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
    • Oyster sauce, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (for sautéing)

Steps:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the minced shallots, garlic, salt, sugar, bouillon powder, ground black pepper, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
