Plum Panna Shot Recipe

Description:
This Plum Panna Shot is a refreshing, tangy, and slightly sweet drink, perfect for any celebration. The addition of smoky flavor from roasted plums takes it to another level, making it a fantastic choice for birthdays and kitty parties.

Cuisine: Continental
Course: Appetizer
Diet: Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 6 Plums (red and firm)
  • Jaggery or sugar, as required
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 6 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • Black Salt (Kala Namak), as required
  • Chilled Water, as required

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Begin by roasting the plums on a gas stove until the skin is fully blackened.
  2. Place the roasted plums on a foil and let them cool.
  3. Once cool, peel off the skin and squeeze out the seeds, keeping the pulp aside.
  4. In a blender, combine the pulp, jaggery or sugar, black salt, cumin powder, and mint leaves. Blend into a smooth paste.
  5. You can strain the juice to reduce pulpiness, but I recommend skipping this step to maintain the delectable texture.
  6. Add chilled water to the mixture, adjusting the salt to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve the Plum Panna Shot as a delightful welcome drink at your party, and pair it with appetizers like Pineapple and Cheese Skewers and Palak Pakora for the perfect treat.

Enjoy your flavorful, smoky, and tangy Plum Panna Shot!
