Telur Ceplok Balado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- Cooking oil, as needed
For the Spice Paste:

- 5 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 8 large red chilies
- 5 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 tomato
