- 1/4 cup Coffee Decoction
- 2 teaspoons Dry Ginger Powder (or 1 piece of dry ginger)
- 5 Whole Black Peppercorns
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Powdered Jaggery
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Instructions:
- Start by pouring the water into a saucepan and bringing it to a boil.
- Roughly pound the dry ginger and black peppercorns using a mortar and pestle, and then add them to the boiling water.
- Stir in the jaggery and let it simmer for 5 minutes until it fully dissolves.
- Add the coffee decoction to the pot and let it boil for an additional 2 minutes.
