Ingredients:
- 10 shallots, sliced thickly
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Sugar, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 eggs (beaten and cooked into a thin omelet, then shredded)
- Fried anchovies (as needed)
