- 1/2 Bell Peppers
- 4-5 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

- 1 tsp Methi Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Instructions:

1 | Boil bell peppers in water for 2-3 minutes until soft. |
2 | Cut the bell peppers in half and set aside. |
3 | Heat ghee in a wok or pan. |
4 | Add whole garam masala and methi seeds to the heated ghee. |

7 | Mix in ginger-garlic paste to reduce the smell of the mince. |
8 | Add chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Stir continuously. |

10 | Cook on medium flame until the water evaporates and oil separates. |
11 | Remove from heat. |
12 | Fill the bell peppers with the prepared mince and tie with a thread to secure. |
13 | Place the stuffed bell peppers on the remaining mince in the pan. |
14 | Sprinkle a little water over the bell peppers, then cover tightly. |
