Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Bell Peppers
  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Boil bell peppers in water for 2-3 minutes until soft.
2 Cut the bell peppers in half and set aside.
3 Heat ghee in a wok or pan.
4 Add whole garam masala and methi seeds to the heated ghee.
5 Fry onions until golden brown.
6 Add mince to the onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
7 Mix in ginger-garlic paste to reduce the smell of the mince.
8 Add chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Stir continuously.
9 Incorporate chopped tomatoes and salt, then cover the mixture.
10 Cook on medium flame until the water evaporates and oil separates.
11 Remove from heat.
12 Fill the bell peppers with the prepared mince and tie with a thread to secure.
13 Place the stuffed bell peppers on the remaining mince in the pan.
14 Sprinkle a little water over the bell peppers, then cover tightly.
15 Cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
16 Remove from heat and serve hot.
