Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Mango Juice 2 cups
Kiwi (peeled and sliced) 2
Green Grapes (sliced) 1/4 cup
Strawberries (sliced) 1/4 cup
Mint Leaves (Pudina) A few

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Begin by chopping your favorite fruits. Peel and slice the kiwis, slice the strawberries and grapes, and set them aside. This preparation ensures the fruit is ready to go into the popsicle molds.

  2. Assemble the Popsicles: Take the prepared fruit pieces and distribute them evenly into the popsicle molds. The vibrant colors of the fruit will make your popsicles both delicious and visually appealing. Add one or two mint leaves into each mold for a refreshing touch.

  3. Pour the Mango Juice: Slowly pour mango juice (or any fruit juice of your choice) into the molds, filling them nearly to the top. Be sure not to overfill, as you’ll need space for the sticks.

  4. Insert the Sticks: If your popsicle molds come with plastic sticks, place them into the juice to seal the molds. If you’re using wooden popsicle sticks, freeze the molds for about 30 to 40 minutes to allow the juice to firm up slightly. Once the juice has begun to set, insert the wooden sticks into the center of each mold.

  5. Freeze and Set: Return the popsicle molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze completely. This will take anywhere from 8 hours to overnight, ensuring that the popsicles set properly and are easy to remove from the molds.

  6. Remove the Popsicles: Once the popsicles have fully set, remove them from the freezer. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen the popsicles. Gently pull the sticks to release the popsicles.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Your Mango & Mixed Fruit Popsicles are now ready to enjoy! These refreshing, colorful popsicles are the perfect treat on a hot day or as a fun, healthy dessert. Serve them as a delightful after-school snack, or pair them with a light dinner like Chickpea Orange Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Penne Pasta in Spinach Basil Pesto Sauce.

Enjoy the tropical flavors of mango, kiwi, and berries with every bite of this fruity, refreshing popsicle treat. It’s an easy, delightful way to cool down and satisfy your sweet cravings in the healthiest way possible!
