- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 3 Red Chilies, minced (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Sauce

- Basil, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- 1 Celery Leaf, for garnish
