Bakso Urat Daging Sapi (Beef Tendon Meatballs)
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg beef (tendon)
- 1 chicken breast
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp chicken-flavored bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Begin by finely mincing the beef and chicken breast. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a blender, working in small batches.
- Mix Ingredients: Once the beef and chicken are finely minced, combine them in a large mixing bowl. Add the minced garlic, tapioca flour, chicken-flavored bouillon powder, salt, and egg. Mix well using your hands until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a smooth mixture.
- Boil Water: Bring a pot of water to a boil, then turn off the heat.
- Form Meatballs: With your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs. Place each meatball into the hot water. Continue this process until all the mixture is used up.
- Cook Meatballs: Once all the meatballs are in the pot, bring the water back to a boil. Cook the meatballs until they float to the surface, indicating they are cooked through.
- Drain Meatballs: Remove the meatballs from the pot and drain them well.
Your delicious Bakso Urat Daging Sapi is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve them in a savory broth or as a delightful addition to any meal. Enjoy! 😄
